THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ADVICE. No content on the Website should be construed as advice or recommendations regarding any health decision, treatment, or diagnosis, and should not be substituted for consultation with your licensed healthcare professional.

Please note that this Website Terms of Use does not apply to any other website, service, or application of Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. or any websites, services, or applications linked to or from the Website.  These may include Indrado, Altipro and others.  The Terms of use for the 3^rd party websites apply to these websites and applications.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or before the date the change is posted on the Website.

Aquestive has established certain basic requirements for the use of the Website and we require you to adhere to them. As between you and Aquestive, we own “Our Content,” which includes but is not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, including, but not limited to, computer code, products, software, and all other elements and components of the Website excluding any third-party content. We also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world (“IP Rights”) associated with Our Content, which are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, trademark laws and all other applicable intellectual and proprietary rights and laws.  Any use of the Website not expressly permitted by this Agreement is a breach hereof and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.  As such, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of Our Content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to Our Content are retained by us.

Trademarks

Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. and the terms AQUESTIVE, AQUESTIVE THERAPEUTICS, the AQUESTIVE logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks and trade names of Aquestive or its licensees. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Aquestive. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Notification of Claims Infringement
